Step into the green room and through the velvet curtain for STARS — a tender, fierce, and often hilarious evening of celebrity storytelling. In a spare, candlelit setting, five performers slip into the skins of beloved public figures — Pedro Pascal, Anne Hathaway, Florence Pugh, Heath Ledger and Freddie Prinze Jr. Not to mimic, but to inhabit: their mannerisms, their myths, their mistakes, and the small private moments that the headlines never capture. A fast, confronting verbatim theatre work about growing up online — where attention is currency, identity is content, and influence doesn’t stop at the screen.
Built from real interviews, livestreams, apology videos, and unfiltered conversations, the show explores parasocial relationships, influencer culture, and the hidden human cost behind the algorithm. Funny, unsettling, and deeply relatable, it asks who really holds the power: the influencer, the audience, or the system that profits from both. This is theatre for a generation raised on feeds — not to judge, but to help us see what we’re participating in, and why it matters.
